this hostel in tainan was the cleanest and visually pleasing one i've stayed at. the staff was great and super helpful with organizing my day. the common room was big and always social, and i loved the international mail feature where they send your postcards for you. i would definitely stay here again for the good vibes and affordable price.
Small space in the room for praying.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The common area was also a nice place to hang out, with comfortable seating and a cool atmosphere. Plus, the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions.
The beds were uncomfortably small and lacked sheets. I had to ask for a towel and was surprised to find out it cost an additional fee.

The room at Fuqi Hostel-Heping was super cozy and comfortable, with lovely wood beds and top-notch mattresses. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The personal bed curtain and reading lights were a nice touch too. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the lock lockers. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

The location of the hostel is perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily explore the city on foot, with attractions like Anping within a short bus ride away. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to provide recommendations and assistance. The common room is spacious and lively, allowing guests to socialize and relax. Free amenities like drinking water, tea, and coffee are available, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The hostel also offers a unique feature of an international mail section, where guests can send postcards to themselves or loved ones.
One downside is that the beds in the dorm rooms do not provide enough privacy, especially for those staying on the top bunk. Additionally, the bathroom facilities, although clean, are limited in number, which can be inconvenient when the hostel is fully booked.
